Want to learn to love the skin your are in, while learning tips and tricks of how to enhance your natural beauty?

The workshop would consist of small group sharing circles where they would be encouraged to open up to one another and share their own experiences, allowing them to connect with one another and see they are not alone. Stephanie will lead them from bare face to exploring their inner and outer beauty with the use of cosmetics they already have in their make-up bag. Emily leads a talk on self-love and confidence and how you can implement them into your everyday life.

Help students get comfortable in the uncomfortable and learn to feel confident in themselves.

The workshop will consist of three different Improv Games, during which students will learn different techniques through gameplay. This workshop will benefit the students because they will learn how to use Improv skills to their advantage in their everyday lives. They will leave the session feeling love for themselves, each other, and their unique individuality. Then, at the end of the session, we will have a talkback with the students to go over the lessons they learned.
